DUN-Trade® Program

In order to provide you with up to the minute accurate credit information, D&B has developed the Dun-Trade Program, which bridges the gap understanding a company's financial standing whilst waiting for annually filed public data, such as balance sheets and protested bills. The Dun-Trade Program collects payment information from companies on a monthly basis as we recognise that this data is critical in assessing a company’s likelihood of succeeding or failing.

The Dun-Trade Program works quite simply. Each month participants to the program transmit their sales ledger data to D&B. The transfer mechanism is fully automated, and simply designed so not to burden participants with complex processes. All data is then fed into the D&B database and matched with existing records.

As a Trade Partner, you get unique advantages, such as access to the Dun-Trade database and payment information analyses, enriched by your own contribution and that of many others, all FOR FREE! Needless to say, payment experiences are available with no reference to whom provided them. All participants are guaranteed absolute security and confidentiality with an official letter from our legal representative.

No other data provider has such a depth and breath of payment data available. The data collected through this program is unique to D&B and is used, among other things, to calculate the D&B Payment Score, which is available in all levels of our D&B Business Information Reports.
